An excellent example of Bacchus, harvested from Tenterden, Sandhurst and Bewl vineyards. The grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented with both selected yeast cultures and naturally occuring 'wild yeast'.
A ripe nose with tropical and citrus fruits, the palate has clean concentrated flavours, good weight and perfect balance. 12% vol.
