This is a blend of the three greatest sparkling wine grapes that together make the world's most famous sparkling wines, 55% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay and 8% Pinot Meunier. The blend has undergone full malolactic fermentation and a minimum of three years ageing on the yeast lees in the bottle has resulted in an integrated, complex wine.
