A crisp, refreshing highly aromatic white wine characterised by gooseberry and elderflower on the nose. The palate is fresh and zesty with flavours of nettle, kiwi and freshly cut grass leading to a crisp, dry finish.

Whole-bunch pressing retains the aromatic purity of this wine which is fermented at cool temperatures. Blending and clarification takes place after three months on lees in tank and the wine was bottled in March 2018.
