Tasting Notes

Aromas of ripe Galia Melon, pineapple and freshly cut grass, followed by a palate dominated by tropical fruit and Granny Smith apple. The crisp acidity balances the richness of this wine giving a harmonious and long finish.

An ideal alternative to Sauvignon Blanc.

Ideal for pairing with Roast Pork or Chinese cuisine.
