Winemaking

This wine is made from the finest juice from the pressing before undergoing malolactic fermentation to soften the palate. 20% of the wine is then fermented in oak barrels which adds richness and complexity. Aged on its lees for at least four years.

A cool spring followed by a warm and sunny summer made 2013 a classic year for sparkling wine in England.
The fruit was hand picked in October 2013 from our finest vineyards in the North Downs of Kent.
