Cool fermentation in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation. Maturation on fine lees in tank for six months before bottling and between 12-24 months further ageing on lees bottle. Bottled June 2010.
Chapel Down Blanc de Noirs is ideal as an aperitif or enjoy with shellfish such as lobster or Kent scallops.

The warm summer of 2009 delivered exceptionally high quality fruit in the finest Kent and Sussex vineyards. This has allowed us to create this distinctive sparkling white wine from black Pinot Noir grapes.
