Tasting Notes

The aromas are dominated by ripe strawberry and cherry with a background of toasted brioche. The palate is rich and full flavoured reflecting the nose and shows flavours of summer pudding and biscuit. A one-off cuvee made to represent the excellent quality of the 2009 Pinot Noir.

Comparable to a Blanc de Noirs Champagne.

The grapes were sourced from Kent and Sussex.

Great as an aperitif or enjoy with classic pairings such as oysters, white fish and caviar.

Enjoy this wine at its optimum between now and 2018.
