Tasting Notes

Elegant aromas of red apple, lemongrass and freshly baked bread, together with hints of strawberry, citrus and quince on the palate. Crisp and fresh with lively acidity and fine persistent bubbles.

A great alternative to a NV Champagne.

The grapes for this wine were sourced from Kent, Essex, Sussex and Dorset.

Great as an aperitif or a perfect pairing to the British classic - fish and chips. Drink within 3 years of purchase.
