No’5. Syrah 2019 By Domaine Gayda - 6 bottles for £75
6 bottle case
This Syrah from Domaine Gayda was selected for its silky texture and palate. This red wine from the 2019 vintage displays aromas of blueberry jam and black pepper spice on the nose. The palate is rich and intense with well-integrated oak, notes of garrigue herbs and firm tannins leading to a long finish.
The team at Domaine Gayda are focused on a quest for quality and innovation and are delighted to be partnering with Chapel Down. The winemaking process encompasses some very traditional elements such as a pre-fermentation cold-soak, indigenous alcoholic fermentation and an extended post-fermentation maceration. 75cl bottle.
