After a rather erratic spring and early summer weather, the vineyards are now flourishing and looking in excellent shape. Inflorescences revealed themselves to be very large across all varieties and sites mainly thanks to the spectacular summer weather last year initiating high bud fruitfulness. Chapel Down Group plc has today announced that it has exchanged on an Agreement to Lease a 5,000 sqft site in King’s Cross by the Regent’s Canal where we will be opening the “Chapel Down Gin Works” an experiential bar, restaurant and ginnery.
