New Delivery Charges from June 2020
17th July 2020 - We are currently running a free delivery promotion for a limited period.
(Delivery will be charged at a flat rate of £4.99 for all orders up to the value of £74.99. Free delivery will apply to orders of £75.00 or more. Some exclusions apply, please call for details on 01580 763033).
We are receiving a high volume of orders currently and are asking customers to allow 5-7 working days for their delivery rather than 3-5 days. Thank you.
(Deliveries are made by Parcelforce and are usually made within 3-5 working days of your order being placed but may take slightly longer during very busy periods particularly November and December).
The delivery charges quoted above are applicable to UK mainland only and exclude the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands. You can download a full list of UK postcodes that will incur additional delivery charges.
Deliveries Overseas and to Non UK Mainland Addresses
We are very happy to organise the delivery of your wine to addresses outside of the UK mainland, however the costs of delivery will be considerably more than those quoted above. Please call our office on +44(0)1580 763033 (Mon to Fri) and we will take your order over the phone and obtain a quote for the delivery of your order.
Delivery charges will be confirmed during the checkout process if you order online, or prior to your order being processed if you order by telephone.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
Chapel Down reserves the right to send new vintages on all orders without notification to the customer, although every effort will be made to ensure vintage details shown online are as up to date as possible.
Our couriers normally deliver Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
If you are not there and have not provided us with alternative delivery instructions when placing your Order, the driver will leave a note to inform you that delivery has been attempted and the Products have been returned to our depot.
If the Products are returned to our depot, we will endeavour to deliver the Products to you again, but if you are not there for a second time we reserve the right to have the Products returned to us and, in the event you contact us to request us to attempt delivery another time, to charge you additional delivery costs.
If we are not able to deliver the whole of the Order at one time due to operational reasons or shortage of stock, we will deliver the Order in instalments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this.
Delivery of an Order shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.
You own the Products once we have received payment in full and they have been delivered to you. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Shareholder Delivery Charges
Shareholder discount applies to wine, spirits, beer and cider and mixed cases depending on the amount of shares held in Chapel Down Group plc or Curious Drinks Ltd. Shareholder discount does not apply to delivery charges.
