This wine is made from only the best fraction of juice which undergoes a cool fermentation in stainless steel followed by full malolactic fermentation. The wine then matures on its fine lees in tank for six months. Aged for four years post bottling.

Chapel Down Three Graces is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to grilled fish or risotto.

2010 is proving to be a classic year for English sparkling wine. The long growing season allowed for the slow development of delicate flavours and a great balance of sugar and acidity at harvest.
