Whole-bunch pressing of the fruit retains the aromatic purity of this wine which is fermented at cool temperatures. Blending and clarification takes place after three months on lees in tank and the wine was bottled in March 2016.
An ideal pairing to seafood, summer salads or Thai cuisine.
