Express delivery on all UK Mainland Orders - £6.95 (1-2 working days)
Standard deliveries are made by Parcelforce and are usually made within 2-4 working days of your order being placed but may take slightly longer during very busy periods and during strikes, particularly during November and December.
Express Deliveries 1-2 working days from order. All orders received before 3pm Monday - Thursday will be shipped the same day for next day delivery. Orders received after 3pm will be shipped the following day.
We do not currently offer weekend delivery. Any orders received for express delivery on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Our Multiship feature can be found at the basket review stage of your order process. This feature allows our customer to ship items to separate addresses on same order with one payment. Please note this feature cannot be used with Mix Your Own Case at this time and discount codes benefits will only be applied to one address.
The delivery charges quoted above are applicable to UK mainland only and exclude the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands. You can download a full list of UK postcodes that will incur additional delivery charges.
We are very happy to organise the delivery of your wine to addresses outside of the UK mainland, however the costs of delivery will be considerably more than those quoted above. Please call our office on +44(0)1580 763033 (Mon to Fri) and we will take your order over the phone and obtain a quote for the delivery of your order.
Delivery charges will be confirmed during the checkout process if you order online, or prior to your order being processed if you order by telephone.

Chapel Down reserves the right to send new vintages on all orders without notification to the customer, although every effort will be made to ensure vintage details shown online are as up to date as possible.
Our couriers normally deliver Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
If you are not there the driver will leave a note to inform you that delivery has been attempted and the products have been returned to our depot.
If the Products are returned to our depot, we will endeavour to deliver the Products to you again, but if you are not there for a second time we reserve the right to have the Products returned to us and, in the event you contact us to request us to attempt delivery another time, to charge you additional delivery costs.
If we are not able to deliver the whole of the Order at one time due to operational reasons or shortage of stock, we will deliver the Order in instalments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this.
Delivery of an Order shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.
You own the Products once we have received payment in full and they have been delivered to you. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Shareholder discount applies to wine, spirits and mixed cases depending on the amount of shares held in Chapel Down Group plc. Shareholder discount does not apply to delivery charges.
