To ensure consistent top quality fruit for this wine, we source from a collection of vineyards in Kent, Sussex and Essex. Grapes are grown predominantly on single and double guyot pruning systems, on varied soils including, chalk, clay and loam soils to best benefit the grape varietals grown.
Using exclusively the cuvée, the best quality fraction of juice normally reserved solely for sparkling wine production, this gently handled, single varietal rosé has been produced to be low in tannins. Our finest Pinot Noir grapes were hand selected at the exceptional 2022 harvest and whole bunched pressed, before being subject to cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the purity and lightness of the wines flavours.
